Leadership
with heart.
Advocacy
with backbone.
I'm Missy Dodge. I believe in building strong communities, making people feel seen, and doing important work without forgetting to laugh along the way. I bring the same heart to the classroom, the organizing table, the page, and the communities I serve.

Big ideas.
Even bigger heart.
I'm an educator, union leader, organizer, coach, writer, and creative problem-solver who believes the best work begins with people.
My journey has taken me from seventh-grade classrooms to bargaining tables, statewide organizing, national learning spaces, and nonprofit leadership. The setting may change, but my purpose remains: help people feel valued, find their voices, and build something better together.
I'm naturally bright and bubbly. I'm also patient with people who take time to open up. Trust is earned, and getting to know someone is always worth the effort.
“It's not just the message. It's the packaging, the handling, and the feeling you leave behind.”
I believe the best professional development involves real participation, a few good laughs, and leaving with something useful. If the highlight was lunch, we may need to rethink the training. Outside work, that same care carries into animal rescue and even the everyday products I choose: my beauty products are cruelty-free.
Five sides. One whole person.
